Oxfam Australia is part of Oxfam International – a global federation of 13 Oxfams which together work to fight poverty and injustice in more than 100 countries around the world.
We recognise that many of the causes of poverty are global in nature. By being part of Oxfam International and combining our collective efforts, we can have a greater impact changing policies and addressing poverty and suffering.
Each Oxfam is able to link up in development programs, humanitarian responses, and lobbying for policy changes at a national and global level.
Our supporters are part of a truly global movement, with nearly 1 million people regularly donating to Oxfam worldwide.
